This video was created for TechEd 2021 to showcase the work that the DataXstream machine learning development team has been doing in conjunction with the 2021 SAP Data Intelligence Content Sprint-at-Home initiative. 

DataXstream’s document analysis application programming interface on SAP Data Intelligence allows users to input purchase orders in doc, pdf and image formats. The IA Intelligent Order Creation application creates  a quote or order using a predictive model that increases in accuracy over time.

With Order Automation businesses can significantly reduce the time it takes to create a quote or an order. Intelligent Order Creation tool will automatically populate order fields such as “sold to” and “ship to.” Line items will be searched and the SAP item number will be automatically added to the order. Intelligent Order Creation is predicted to be 80% accurate out of the box and will become more accurate over time and with use.
